摘要
从健康牙鲆肠道内分离到一株芽孢杆菌(H-1)和鳗弧菌W-1株进行拮抗实验,表明该菌对鳗弧菌具有较强的拮抗作用(抑菌直径33.05 mm)。应用形态学、生理生化及16S rDNA序列分析方法对该菌进行了综合鉴定,结果显示,菌株H-1与枯草芽孢杆菌标准菌株同源性高达98%,故将其确定为Bacillus subtilis。
A Bacillus strain(H-1) was isolated from the intestinal tract of healthy Paralichthys olivaceus.Antagonistic activity of H-1 was tested against Vibrio anguillarum(W-1).The results showed that H-1 was found to have strong antagonistic activity against W-1(inhibitory zone diameters=33.05 mm).Through study on its morphological,physiological and biochemical characteristics as well as 16S rDNA sequence homology comparison,the strain H-1 was identified as Bacillus subtilis,which was almost the closest relative to the standard strain with more than 98% similar in sequence under the phylogenetic tree.
