摘要
沾污特性是锅炉设计计算中的重要参数,通过在电站燃煤锅炉烟道中搭建实验台,进行了螺旋翅片管束沾污特性的热态试验,得出了不同横、纵向相对节距的螺旋翅片管束的沾污系数及热有效系数与烟速的拟合关联式。试验结果表明,螺旋翅片管束沾污系数值比《锅炉机组热力计算标准方法》中的取值小一数量级,其结果可应用于锅炉的受热面设计及运行分析。
Fouling characteristics pertain to important parameters in the design calculation of boilers.Through a test rig set up in the flue of a coal-fired utility boiler,a hot state test of the fouling characteristics of spiral-finned tube bundles has been performed.A fitting correlation formula for the fouling factor,effective thermal coefficient and flue gas speed of spiral-finned tube bundles at different relative pitch values in the different transversal and longitudinal directions has been obtained.The test results show that the value of the fouling factor of spiral-finned tube bundles is an order of magnitude lower than that obtained from 'Standard method for thermodynamic calculation of boilers' and the results can be used for the design of boiler heating surfaces and the analysis of their operation.
