玄参种子的吸水特性及发芽条件研究 被引量:7

摘要 采用室内测定方法,对玄参种子的吸水特性及不同处理下种子的发芽率、发芽势等进行比较。结果表明,玄参种子具有快速吸水的生物学特性,入水后2 h的吸水量达最大吸水量的55.05%;最适发芽温度为30℃。在实验室条件下,采用双层滤纸床进行发芽试验较好。采用PEG-6000引发和GA3浸种处理可以将玄参种子的发芽率明显提高到50%以上。 The research mainly focused on the character of water absorption of Scrophularia ningpoensis Hems1. seeds indoors, and compared with the germination rates and germination power with different treatments. The results denoted that the seeds had the biological character of rapid water absorption, and the seeds water absorption reached 55.05%o of the maximum after into the water 2 hours,moreover, the optimal germination temperature is 30℃. The double filter paper bed was preferable considering the experimentation effect in laboratory. And the results also showed that PEG-6000 initiation and GA3 soaking can enhance the seeds germination capacity to 50% obviously.
