摘要
从利红珠根中分离到7个生物碱:8-氧小檗碱(1),巴马亭(2),小檗碱(3).非洲防己碱(4),8-氧巴马亭(5),(±)-oblongine(6)和小檗胺(7).通过波谱数据鉴定了它们的结构.首次用二维核磁对8-氧小檗碱和小檗胺的氢谱与碳谱进行了指定.
Seven alkaloids, 8-oxoberberine (1), pelmatine chloride (2), berberine chloride (3), columbamine chloride (4), 8-oxoypalmatine (5), (±)-oblongine chloride (6) and herbamine (7), were isolated from the roots of Berberis juliane. Their structures were characterized by spectral data and direct comparison of their spectral data with those reported. For the first time the NMR data of 1 and 7 were unambiguously assigned by C, H-COSY and C,H-COLOC, HMQC and HMBC, respectively.
