摘要
目的观察"双固一通"针法对绝经后骨质疏松症(postmenopausal osteoporosis,PMOP)患者的治疗作用及其对骨密度(bonemass density,BMD)、雌二醇(estradiol,E2)、白细胞介素6(interletukin-6,IL-6)、的调节作用,探讨其作用机制。方法45例PMOP患者随机分为"双固一通"治疗组(简称双固一通组)、常规针刺治疗组(简称针刺组)和中成药组。每组15例,观察各组疗效、症状积分、及治疗前后骨密度、血E2、IL-6、尿Ca、尿Ca/Cr。结果双固一通组、针刺组、中成药组的显效率分别为80%、33.3%、20%;3组均可改善症状积分、提高血中E2水平、降低IL-6水平、降低尿Ca及尿Ca/Cr、增加骨密度,双固一通组与中成药组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),与针刺组比较:E2差异有显著性(P<0.05)、IL-6差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。结论"双固一通"针法可以提高PMOP患者血中E2水平、降低IL-6含量、降低尿Ca及尿Ca/Cr、提高骨密度,改善临床症状,改善生存质量,具有较好的临床推广价值。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Shuangguyitong therapy of acupuncture on BMD, E2 (estradiol, E2 ), IL-6 (interletukin-6, IL-6 ) and Calcium (Ca), Calcium/Creatinine (Ca/Cr) in the Urine of Postmenopausal Osteoporosis (PMOP). Methods 45 PMOP patients were randomly divided into the Shuangguyitong group, common acupuncture group and herb group. Observe the changes of BMD, E2, IL-6, Ca and Ca/Cr in the Urine. Results All of the effective rates of three groups were 100%, the excellent rates of throe groups were 80% ,33.3% and 20% .The effect of Shuangguyitong group was obviously better than others (P 〈 0.01) .The BMD of Shuanggnyitong group and herb group increased significantly ( P 〈 0.05), higher than that of common acupuncture group. The level of E2 in throe groups all increased. There were significant difference between Shuang- guyitong group and common acupuncture group ( P 〈 0.05 ). The level of IL-6 in three groups all decreased. Shuangguyitong group and herb group were better than common acupuncture group( P 〈 0.01 ). The level of Calcium (Ca) in urine decreased. Shuangguyitong group and herb group were better than common acupuncture group( P 〈 0.01 ). The level of Ca/Cr in urine decreased. There were no obvious change between three groups ( P 〉 0.05). Conclusions Shuangguyitong therapy of acupuncture can increase the BMD of PMOP patients, increase E2 ,decrease IL-6, Ca, Ca/Cr, and control the development of PMOP.
