摘要
为了解决虚拟三坐标测量软件对军工涉密项目中零件检测路径规划问题,提出了一种基于二维视图的三维重构技术,设计了旋转工件轮廓二维视图的智能输入系统;操作人员根据提示输入图纸上旋转体母线的关键信息;系统软件对输入信息进行连续性、交叉性和封闭性判断,以构成正确轮廓母线;环绕旋转轴旋转母线重构出三维实体模型,按照标准IGES文件格式输出,从而实现二维视图的三维实体重构.生成的IGES文件提供给坐标测量机系统软件,可实现坐标测量机的自动化测量.联合运用该输入系统与虚拟三坐标测量机,解决了军事涉密项目中零件检测的路径动态规划问题.
A three-dimensional reconstruction technique based on planar viewgraph was proposed for virtual coordinate measuring machine(VCMM) measuring automatically a part which was not wished to be known by the outside world in some military projections. Firstly an intelligent system for rotating parts profile was designed and developed to input the key information of planar viewgraph by an operator. The object profile was estimated and constructed by judging whether it was continuous, closed or cross-cutting in the system software. When the generatrices rotates around the rotation axis, a 3D entity is reconstructed and the IGES file is output. The CMM can automatically measure the part when its 1GES file of the 3D entity was provided to the system software. Combining the input system with VCMM was a military solution in the classified parts of the project dynamic path planning.
