This experiment studies effect of different intensities of regular aerobics exercise under the same conditions on blood lipid and elucidates its mechanism. Methods: 48 healthy young men were divided into 4 groups. The exercise groups were subjected to different intensities of training for 12 weeks separately. Before and after 12-week training, changes of TG, TC, HDL-C, LDL-C, ApoA I and ApoB. Results were measured: 1) Moderate intensity of aerobics may effectively decrease the level of TG, TC, LDL-C and increased HDL-C, the ratio of APOA Ⅰ and ApoB and the index of HDL-C/TC. It indicates that moderate and light aerobics exercises play an important role on regulating the disorder of metabolism and increasing the ability of reducing AS;2 )The diseases of cardiovascular become more and more popular among young people, which make it necessary for young men to popularize the My-building knowledge and try every possible way to prevent measures. The youngsters should be engaged in scientific and regular exercises under right guide in order to prevent cardiovascular diseases.
