摘要
本文测量和分析了电荷灵敏前放A250的电子学噪声对CZT探测器能谱展宽的影响。在成形时间下1μs下A250的零电容噪声为104.8 e,噪声电容斜率为4.18 e/pF。测得^(241)Am 59.5 keV全能峰能量分辨率为4.08%。
Noise performance of a charge sensitive preamplifier - A250 was measured and its widen effect to CZT detector spectrum was analyzed. With 1 s shaping time, A250＇s zero-capacitance noise is 104. 8 e, the noise capacitance ratio is 4. 18 e/pF. Energy resolution of 241Am 59.5 keV gamma ray is 4. 08%.
