摘要
使用清华大学研发的建筑能耗模拟软件DeST,对南京地区某典型住宅进行动态能耗模拟,分析了不同窗户传热系数和窗墙比对住宅能耗的影响规律,得出南京地区住宅类建筑节能中的一些注意点。
Dynamic energy consumption simulation was made on one typical residential building of Nanjing,using building energy consumption simulation Toolkit DeST developed by Tsinghua University,and analysed the variation rule between heat transfer coefficient of external window and building energy consumption.Analysed the variation rule between different area ratio of windows and wall and building energy consumption,educe some limelight in the energy conservation of housing building in Nanjing area.
