摘要
对定向钻穿越施工中的弯曲半径和管道回拖力等关键参数进行的理论研究表明,工程经验公式用于管道穿越设计存在不足。对影响各参数的基本因素进行了分析,给出了更加符合工程实际的理论计算公式。考虑到穿越过程泥浆的基本作用,提出了最小需要泥浆压力和最大允许泥浆压力的概念,并推导出计算公式。应用定向钻穿越的相关理论,对某管道穿越工程的3个穿越方案进行了优选,得到了关键穿越指标的定量值。通过对关键参数的对比分析,确定了最符合工程实际的方案,应用效果良好。
The crucial parameters such as bending radius and back drag force were theoretically studied in the pipeline crossing project by using horizontal directional drilling technology. The deficiency of experimental formulas used in the pipeline crossing design was pointed out. The basic factors affecting the parameters of pipeline crossing project were analyzed,and the formulas that were more consistent with the project practice were given. Considering the basic function of drilling fluid, new concepts of the minimum required mud pressure and the maximum allowed mud pressure were put forward, and corresponding formulas were deduced. The optimum scheme for a certain pipeline crossing proiect was selected, and the quantitative values of key crossing indices were obtained by using the relevant theories of pipeline crossing. On the basis of analysis and comparison of the key parameters, the best scheme for the real project was determined, and good benefits have been achieved.
