摘要
介绍了珠海电厂2×700MW燃煤机组石灰石/石膏湿法(FGD)烟气系统的防腐设计,对运行过程中出现的问题,如原烟道腐蚀、衬胶鼓泡及玻璃鳞片涂层开裂等原因进行了详细的分析,并提出了采用单独配置密封风机、调整密封片间隙、重新防腐等措施,修复检查结果合格。建议要重视烟气系统防腐工序,进一步改善脱硫设备的结构设计。
The paper briefed the flue gas system anticorrosion design of limestone/gypsum wet method FGD of 2 × 700 MW coal-fired units in Zhuhai power plant,analyzed in detail the occurring problems in operation such as the corrosion of original flue gas ducts,buldging of rubber coating and fracturing of glass scale coating etc.causes,and put forward:to adopt the draft fans with sealings,to adjust the clearances of sealings and to conduct preventive anticorrosion once again etc. measures. The renovation result was up to standard.The paper also suggested,to attach importance to anticorrosion procedures of flue gas system and to further improve the configuration design of desulfurization equipment.
