摘要
高水材料是一种新型水硬性无机胶凝材料,水灰比高达3.0。通过实验研究了实验温度、高水材料及颗粒型堵剂配比对高水材料复合堵剂性能的影响,得出了高水材料复合堵剂的基本配方,并对堵剂的基本性能进行了测试。由于高水材料堵剂固化前流动性好,固化后强度高,且易解堵,可用于油井的堵水。
The material with high water is a new water-hardening inorganic gelling material.Its water-cement ratio is up to 3.0.The effects of testing temperature and composition on properties of material with high water and grain-type water shutoff agent were studied.The compounding formula of water shutoff agents was obtained and its main properties were tested.Before solidifying,the flow capability of plugging agent is good,after solidifying,the strength of plugging agent is very high and it is easy to relieve.So it can be used for water plugging in oil well.
