摘要
染料敏化太阳电池结合了有机染料光敏剂和无机半导体的优势,具有较宽的光谱响应范围,制造工艺简单、成本较低,应用前景广阔,因而备受人们的关注。本文回顾了染料敏化太阳电池技术的发展历史,介绍了2001年以来国际上该电池产业化进程,并对该电池目前存在的问题和未来发展的趋势作了简要分析。
Dye-sensitized Solar Cells (DSSC) combinates both the advantages of dye photosensitizer and inorganic semiconductor,which has wider spectral response range, more simple manufacturing process , lower cost, and is more friendly to the environment and bright application prospects, so that it attracts much of concern in the world. This paper recalled the development of dye-sensitized nano solar cells technology, introduced the industrialization process of DSSC from 2001 to the present, and analysised the current problems of it and the future development trend.
