摘要
福建山区的高等职业技术教育只有走"特色"之路,才能获得新的发展。应分析现状,认真总结经验,坚持科学发展观,明确定位。通过政策和资金扶持、建立职教体系、推行"双师制"和"双证制"、坚持多形式多渠道多层次办学路子、建立"校企结合,半工半读"办学机制、积极进行制度创新等措施,以增强实力,服务社会,获得良好的办学效益。
Fujian higher vocational ＆ technical education in the mountain districts will take further steps only in the way of characteristics. We should analyze the current situations, sum up the experience carefully, insist on the scientific view of development and clear about the orientation .We ought to obtain the support of policy and fund, to build a vocational education system, to carry on the systems of bi-specialist and bi-certificate, to persist in running a school in lots of patterns, ways, and levels, to set up a schooling systems of college-enterprise combination and work-study programme, and to bring forth new ideas in the systems and measures so that we can enhance the strength, serve the society and benefit a lot from schooling.
