摘要
采用一种新型的复合脱色剂与双氧水在酸性条件下共同对高浓酸性染料废水进行物理化学的分解脱色,通过调节pH使其达到混凝沉淀进一步去除脱色,再用甲醛-双氰胺类高分子絮凝剂和碱性氯化铝二次脱色达到去除多余的金属离子消除反色的目的。实验表明:此体系对高浓酸性染料废水脱色和降解作用明显,色度去除可达到98%以上,CODCr去除可达到80%以上。
High concentrated acid dye waste water was decolorized by a kind of new compound decolorant and the hydrogen peroxide solution under the acidic condition to, through adjusts pH to enable it to achieve the coagulation further removes the color, the formaldehyde-dicyanodiamide synthetic polymeric flocculant and the alkalinity aluminum chloride were used to remove the unnecessary metallic ion to eliminate the recovering color. The experiment indicated that this system is efficient to the high concentrated acid dye waste water decol-orization and the degradation function ,The chromaticity removes may achieve above 98%, CODcr removes may achieve above 80%.
