摘要
以金光杏梅盆栽幼苗为试材,研究了不同程度干旱胁迫对其幼苗生长和生理生化指标的影响。结果表明:随着干旱胁迫程度的提高,金光杏梅幼苗株高、叶面积、叶鲜重、叶干重、茎干重、根干重、叶片相对含水量和叶绿素含量呈下降趋势;叶片电导率和丙二醛(MDA)、可溶性糖、脯氨酸含量以及POD活性都随干旱胁迫程度的加重而显著升高,重度干旱胁迫下,MDA含量比对照增加65.1%。SOD活性在轻度和中度干旱胁迫下上升,在严重干旱胁迫下下降。
In order to study the effect of drought stress on the growth, leaf physiological and biochemistry indices in Jinguang plum seedlings, the simulating experiment by using the potted seedlings was carried on, The results showed that with the inereasing of drought stress, the plant height, leaf area. leaf fresh weight, leaf dry weight, stem dry weight, root dry weight, relative water content in leaves and chlorophyll content were deereased. The POD aethity, relative membrane permeability and the content of MDA, soluble sugar and proline in leaves were increased significantly with drought stress increasing SOD activity was tended to increase and then decreased with the drought stress increasing.
