结肠息肉发病的分子机制 被引量:1

摘要 结肠息肉是结肠黏膜过度生长形成的新生物,大约30%的人在一生中会患有结肠息肉,根据其病理特点分为腺瘤性息肉、错构瘤性息肉、增生性息肉和炎症性息肉,其中腺瘤性息肉易发生恶变。根据腺体结构腺瘤又可分为管状腺瘤、绒毛状腺瘤和混合型腺瘤,其中绒毛状腺瘤的恶变率较高。在中国,1.4%~20.4%的肠息肉患者会发生恶变。腺瘤性息肉已被学者公认为癌前期病变,
