摘要
课程改革为教学风格、教学流派的产生与发展搭建了一个很高的平台。当下教学改革实验研究具有个性化、多样化、争鸣性、开放性等特点,呈现出良好的发展态势,存在着产生新的教学流派的可能。但是,要把改革实验研究推向深入,形成不同的教学流派,必须从两个方面努力:用教学流派的内在规定性来完善、明晰并坚定自己的教学主张,追寻和形成自己的教学风格,把握和体现教学流派本质特征;同时,要努力创造和完善有利于创新、有利于冒尖人才成长的文化机制,尤其是用鼓励、宽容、指导等态度和价值观去建筑教学流派的文化栖息地。
Curriculum reform has put up a high platform for the generation and development of teaching styles and teaching schools. The current teaching reform and experimental research possess the characteristics of individuality, diversification, contending and opening, which has presented favorable momentum of development and existed the possibility generating new teaching schools. However, to push forward the teaching reform and experimental research and form different teaching schools, we must make efforts in two aspects. On the one hand, we must perfect, clarify and confirm our own teaching claims with the internal stipulations of teaching schools so as to pursue and form our own teaching styles, and master and materialize the essential characteristics of teaching schools; on the other hand, we must try to create and perfect the cultural mechanism beneficial to the innovation and the growth of outstanding talents, especially to construct the cultural habitat of teaching schools with the values and the attitudes of encouragement, tolerance and guidance.
