摘要
针对目前服装企业中缝纫工艺参数的配伍问题,采用正交试验设计,选用L18(61×36)重复试验混合正交表,测试不同缝纫条件下毛精纺面料的缝纫平整度,探讨各缝纫条件对缝纫平整度的影响。研究结果表明:对于中厚型毛精纺面料,缝纫线张力对缝纫平整度的影响最大,缝纫线种类对缝纫平整度的影响较大,机针号对缝纫平整度有一定的影响,线迹密度对缝纫平整度的影响不显著。
Targeting at the compatibility of sewing technology in apparel manufacturer, through orthogonal test with L18 (6^1 × 3^6 ) repeat and mixed orthogonal array, this paper test the seam smoothness of worsted fabric under different sewing conditions and discussed the influences of each sewing condition on seam smoothness. The result indicated : as to the influence on seam smoothness of worsted fabric of medium weight, the tension of sewing thread 〉 sewing thread 〉 the size of sewing needle 〉 stitch density.
