摘要
目的:为了提高生活饮用水中有机氯农药定性、定量的准确性。方法:采用GC-MSscan方式对组分进行定性,用sim方式内标方法进行各组分的定量取得了较好的结果。结果:GC-MS提高了被测组分的定性可靠性;定量分析10种(666异构体4种、滴滴涕及其分解产物4种、狄氏剂、艾氏剂),在0.01-1.0 mg/L范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数在0.9972-0.9999之间,水中各组分的最低检出浓度为0.0002 mg/L。结论:GC-MS内标法测定生活饮用水中有机氯农药残留量,提高生活饮用水中有机氯农药定性、定量的准确性,能满足生活饮用水中有机氯农药残留量的分析需要。
Objective:To improve precisely qualitative and quantitative of organic chlorinated pesticides residue in drinking water.Methods:The methods of using GC-MS scan to determine the quality of compounds and using GC-MS sim to mensure the quantity of compounds had good results.Results:The credibility of compounds qualitative was improved by GC-MS.It was a good linear relation in the ranger of 0.01-1.0 mg/L to analyze the quality of ten compounds including four isomers of 666,o,p′ DDT,p,p′ DDT,DDD,DDE,Dieldrin and Aldrin.The correlation coefficient was in the range of 0.9972-0.9999.The minimal detectable mass concentration of each compound in drinking water was 0.0002 mg/L.Conclusion:GC-MS internal standard improves precisely qualitative and quantitative analysis of organic chlorinated pesticides residue in drinking water and it can satisfy the demand of analysis.
