摘要
目的了解尿道下裂患儿家长对健康教育的需求及对策。方法对38例尿道下裂患儿家长进行自行设计的健康教育需求问卷调查及访谈,了解其一般情况及对健康教育的需求情况。结果入院时,最需要了解患儿的病情、手术方法及科室的技术水平;手术期间健康教育需求依次为:麻醉安全、手术效果、术后可能出现的并发症等,对饮食指导关注度较低;出院时非常需要了解出院后的注意事项及什么情况下需要到医院处理。咨询方式:电话咨询、家庭随访。健康教育方式最受欢迎的是一对一指导。结论护士应针对家长的不同需求和接受程度,因人而异地进行多样化的健康教育。
Objective To investigate the requirement of health knowledge education among the parents of children with hypospadias and devise the countermeasures. Methods A self-designed question- naire was distributed to 38 parents of children with hypospadias to understand the general condi- tion and their requirement of health educations. Results At the time of admission of the children in hospital, the parents gave primary importance to the knowledge of the disease condition of the children, surgical approaches and the surgical competence and technical skills of the department. During the surgery, the parents were most concerned with the safety of ansthesia, surgical out- come, and potential postoperative complications, with lowered attention to dietary instructions. Upon discharge from the hospital, the parents expressed keen concerns with the cautions that should be taken after discharge and indications that may require medical attentions. The preferred accesses for professional advice were interviews v/a telephone calls and follow-up home visits. Face-to-face health education was most preferred by the parents. Conclusion The nurses should provide individualized health education according to the different requirements and acceptability of the parents of the children with hypospadias.
