摘要
目的探讨丹红注射液对家兔心肌缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法将30只家兔随机分为假手术对照组（Ⅰ组）、缺血再灌注组（Ⅱ组）及缺血再灌注丹红注射液保护组（Ⅲ组）。所有大白兔冠状动脉左前降支结扎30min，再灌注120min制作心肌缺血再灌注动物模型，以肢体Ⅰ导联同步监测心电图，观察心律失常的发生率、心率的变化。复灌后120min采血，测定血清肌酸磷酸激酶（CPK）、丙二醛（MDA）及超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）的含量。实验完毕，取大小约1mm^3。心肌组织行光镜、电镜检查。观察缺血30min和再灌注120min后肌酸磷酸激酶（CPK）、丙二醛（MDA）及超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）的影响，观察普通光学显微镜、电子显微镜下家兔心肌结构的变化。结果Ⅱ组家兔血清CK含量、MDA值显著高于Ⅰ组（P〈0．01），心肌SOD活性显著低于Ⅰ组（P〈0.01），Ⅱ组心肌结构较Ⅰ组损伤明显。Ⅲ组血清CK含量、MDA值显著低于Ⅱ组（P〈0．01），心肌SOD活性显著高于Ⅱ组（P〈0．01），Ⅲ组心肌结构较Ⅱ组明显改善；Ⅲ组与Ⅱ组相比，各指标差异无统计学意义。结论丹红能减轻心肌缺血再灌注损伤。
Objective To investigate the influence of DanHong parenteral injection on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury in rabbit model. Methods The ischemia reperfusion model was established by ligating the left anterior descending coronary artery. Thirty healthy rabbits were randomly divided into sham operation group （ group Ⅰ ）, IR group （ group Ⅱ 8mL/kg NS was intravenously injected 15 min before ligation） and DH group （group Ⅲ 8ml/kg DH was intravenously injected 15 min before ligation）. After 120 min reperfusion, blood samples were obtained to detect serum creatine phosphokinase （ CPK）, malodialdehyde （ MDA）, superoxide dismutase （SOD） from the right common carotid artery. In the whole experiment process, cardiograms were monitored synchronously by limb lead I to observe the incidence of the ventricular arrhythmia and the heart rate change. After experiment, cardiac muscle tissues were obtained to check with optical microscope and electron microscope. Results Compared with group Ⅰ , the values of serum CPK and MDA significantly increased （ P 〈 0. 01） and the values of serum SOD significantly decreased（ P 〈0. 01）in group Ⅱ. Compared with group Ⅱ , the values of serum CPK and MDA significantly increased （ P 〈 0. 01 ） and the values of serum SOD significantly decreased （ P 〈 0.01 ） in group Ⅲ. All indexes in group Ⅲ have no difference with those in group Ⅰ. Conclusion DanHong injection can attenuate myocardial reperfusion injury.
