摘要
水上整联现浇箱梁施工必须保证支架体系的安全性和可操作性,需要对支架体系进行设计和验算,并明确施工要点。中洲大桥水上支架采用钢管贝雷梁柱式结构体系,施工前对桩基、横梁、贝雷梁进行力学验算,在对支架进行预压和观测的基础上提出加强措施,明确钢管桩打入、横梁和贝雷梁架设施工要点。实践证明这种支架体系的设计是可行的,能够满足施工安全稳定性要求,具有可操作性。
Bearing carrier for cast-in-place box girder of Zhongzhou bridge, adopt steel tube beret beam column structure. In this article, the design,checking computation and construction of the bearing carrier has been submitted. On the basis of preloading and observation, put forward the strengthen measure. The engineering practice proved bearing carrier's design and construction is feasible.
