摘要
介绍惠来电厂2×600MW超临界机组前后墙对冲燃烧锅炉的燃煤特性、适用等离子点火技术燃煤的主要特性、等离子点火及稳燃装置配置特点。分析了等离子点火系统运行中的主要技术问题和零油操作、点火前投电除尘器应注意的主要问题。总结了等离子点火系统热备用、停运燃油系统运行方式,认为对燃用中高、高挥发分烟煤电站锅炉实现等离子单一点火方式,取消燃油系统,能保证锅炉点火和稳燃的安全可靠性。
Several issues on 2x600 MW super-critical units in Huilai Power Plant were introduced, including the coal features for opposed firing, fuel characteristics for plasma ignition technology, and the configuration features of plasma ignition and combustion stabilization equipment. The key technologies in operation of plasma ignition system were analyzed; in addition, the precautions for oil-free operation and ESP start-up before ignition were presented. Based on this, the hot-standby operation mode of plasma ignition system and the stop operation mode of oil system were summarized in detail. The result shows that using single ignition mode with plasma ignition technology can cancel the whole oil system so as to guarantee the security and reliability of ignition and combustion stabilization for the boilers fired with bituminous with medium and high level of volatile content.
