摘要 癌因性疲乏（CRF）是由于癌症及相关治疗引起患者长期紧张和痛苦而产生的一系列主观感觉，如虚弱、活动无耐力、注意力不集中、动力或兴趣减少等。它可以由癌症本身引起，也可以是癌症治疗的结果，严重影响患者的身体、心理状况、家庭和社会功能，以及他们对生存质量的满意度，是评估癌症患者生存质量的重要内容。随着生物、心理、社会医学模式的建立，癌症患者生存期的延长，以及患者对生存质量的追求，疲乏问题日益为人们所重视。本文对CRF在护理方面的研究进展作一综述。
