摘要
从城市规划设计和住宅项目投资财务分析入手,论证房地产业给社会发展和生态环境带来的双效益,指出房地产与城市规划设计密切相关,城市规划设计源自基本国策、地区资源和城市定位;漠视城市规划设计,没有全局观念的急功近利行为,势必危害子孙,影响国家和城市发展。探讨了房地产业的可持续发展战略与策略。
Starting with the city planning and the financial analysis of investment benefit evaluation of residence, the double benefit that the real estate brings to social development and ecological environment is proved. It is point out that the real estate is closely related to City planning, and the city planning is derived from the fundamental state policy, the regional resource and the city position. The behavior that ignoring the city planning, and eager for quick success and instant benefit without overall conception will endanger descendants, and influence the development of country and city. The sustainable development strategy and tactics of the real estate is probed into.
