摘要
为解决快速成型工艺方案选择困难及成型以后才能进行评价的问题,提出了基于SolidWorks环境的快速成型工艺虚拟评价方法。该方法在SolidWorks环境下,利用SolidWorks的应用程序接口函数,采用VB编程和二次开发技术,实现了三维复杂形状零件快速成型工艺的虚拟仿真。该方法可针对不同类型和参数的分层方案进行加工过程的仿真,在SolidWorks中直接生成不同工艺条件下的可视化虚拟成型结果,并可对误差结果进行颜色渲染和量化分析。通过对可视化结果的分析和计算,可选择出最适合的快速成型工艺方案,从而提高快速成型制件的成型效率和精度,减少失败次数。
To solve the problems of selecting optimal processing parameters and analyzing the feasibility of processing technology for rapid prototyping, a dummy appraisal method of rapid prototyping based on the SolidWorks was proposed. By utilizing SolidWorks' Application Programming Interface (API) functions, this method realized virtual simulation for processing technology of three-dimensional CAD model by adopting VB and secondary development technology. This method could carry out each simulation treatment for various slicing schemes, and it realized the visualization of rapid prototyping emulation-results in SolidWorks. Difference between CAD model and emulation result was represented by color. By analyzing the results, a set of optimal parameters was obtained for the coated sand sintering process. Thus, it improved the processing efficiency and accuracy, as well as decreased the failure times.
