右颞叶萎缩致认知功能缺损一例 被引量：3

摘要 患者男性，右利手，大专文化，退休前为造船业工程师，2003年底（62岁）因逐渐出现言语减少、个性改变（如经常去拜佛）而在多家医院就诊，但检查时患者对答如常，并未发现明显的精神症状，各家门诊初测认知功能（如MMSE和画钟试验）均正常，未能明确诊断。2005年10月于本院神经内科就诊，给予全面的神经心理测验和头颅MRI冠状位检查，发现右颞叶局限性严重萎缩（图1），MRA检查正常。治疗采用脑代谢促进药物。
