摘要
提出了一种基于可视化和元件化编程的微机保护装置设计方案。在该设计方案中,硬件采用插板式结构,各个模块之间采用CAN总线相连,CAN总线走线简单,数据传输安全可靠,能够保证系统在恶劣的工作环境正常工作;引入元件化设计思想,采用IEC61131-3标准对经典继电保护功能模块进行封装,并用可编程逻辑构建可视化的微机保护开发平台;可视化窗口中的逻辑图,能够反映相应的保护原理。此设计方案直观、简单、灵活,开放性强,具有很强的扩展能力。实践证明,这种设计方案能有效地降低开发工作量和维护工作量。
The design scheme of a microcomputer-based relay protection based on visual and elemental programming is brought forward. The plug board is adopted in the hardware structure, and CAN bus is used to connect the modules. The wiring of CAN bus is simple, and data transfer is safe and reliable, which makes the system work steadily even under severe conditions. The instruction list (IL) in IEC 61131-3 is adopted for packing the relay protection functions to elements. The visual development platform is constructed by programmable logic. The logic diagrams in visualization windows are reflections of corresponding protection principle. The scheme is visual, simple, flexible, and could be expanded easily. Practice declares that the new method can effectively reduce the work amount of software development and maintenance.
