摘要
对某柴油机的油底壳进行了模态试验、模态分析和谐响应分析,得到其振动响应特性的基础上,利用边界元方法对没有阻尼层结构、具有自由阻尼层结构和具有约束阻尼层结构的油底壳的声辐射特性进行了研究,得出了阻尼结构对改善油底壳的声辐射特性的一些规律。
Firstly a type of diesel oil pan is analyzed through modal analysis, modal test and harmonic analysis methods, and the oil pan vibration responses is got. Secondly with non-damping layers, free damping layers and constrained damping layers, the oil pan noise radiation is analyzed. Finally some rules between damping structures and the oil pan noise radiation is obtained.
