详细介绍了莱钢原料场转子式翻车机的作业流程及其控制系统的设计原理、控制方法和实际应用情况。该厂翻车机作业采用DCS控制后,生产效率和稳定性大大提高。
The working flow of rotor type tipper in LAIGANG sintering plant and its control priciple and method were presented detailedly in this paper. After DCS was used to control the rotor type tipper, the operating effeicency and stability were increased greatly.
