摘要
在综合研究当前社会对人才的质量与素质要求、考察国内外研究型大学创新教育状态和解读创新人才培养诸要素的基础上,指出大学生创新能力培养是研究型大学人才培养的核心目标。研究型大学应当构建以创新能力培养为目标的人才培养方案,努力培养拔尖创新人才。
Starting with the comprehensive research on the current social demand for the quality and diathesis of talents, the survey of innovative education status in research-oriented universities inside and outside China and the interpretation of the requisites for cultivating innovative talents, this paper indicates innovative ability cultivation for undergraduate students is the kernel objective of talent cultivation. The research-oriented universities should construct talent cultivation schemes for the purpose of cultivating innovative ability and strive hard to cultivate tip- top innovative talents.
