摘要
通过对安徽省芜湖市某汽车厂的实际情况,针对该汽车厂涂装废水的特点,采用预处理、混凝沉淀、混凝气浮、过滤等物理化学处理工艺对涂装废水进行处理,取得了良好的效果。处理后出水水质CODcr≤500mg/L,达到污水三级排放标准,TP≤0.50mg/L,达到一级排放标准。此物理化学方法处理汽车涂装废水在技术上是可行的。
Through the actual situation of one automobile factory in Wuhu city, Anhui Province,in view of the painting wastewater characteristic of this factory, using pretreatment, coagulation precipitates, coagulation and air flotation, filtration and other physical and chemical processing crafts to deal with the painting wastewater, obtain the good effect. Through the treatment of this processing, the water quality of the outlet water is as follows:CODa ≤500 mg/L, achieve the third level standards of sewage emissions,TP ≤0.50 mg/L,achieve the first level standards of emissions. Therefore,the physical and chemical method of painting wastewater processing is feasible in the technology.
