摘要
在国际贸易非关税措施中,新兴的蓝色贸易措施对我国国际贸易有着双重的影响,既有消极影响,也有积极影响。本文从蓝色贸易措施的起源出发,研究了蓝色贸易措施的发展阶段及表现形式,从正面和负面分析了蓝色贸易措施对我国国际贸易的双重影响,提出了应当正确面对该种贸易措施的新认识,并提出了应对态度和对策。
In non - tarrif measures of interanational trade, the new growing Blue Trade Barriers have influenced China＇s foreign in two different ways, the negative affection and the positive affection. This article starts from the origin of Blue Trade Barriers and researehes its three stages. Also, this article lists two kind of mesures of the Blue Trade Barriers and points out how to see the growing tread of Blue Trade Barriers in new angle and deal with them.
