摘要
本实验建立了饲料中苯甲酸雌二醇的反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)测定方法。经甲醇提取饲料中的苯甲酸雌二醇,以C18固相萃取小柱进行纯化后,用反相高效液相色谱法检测。苯甲酸雌二醇在0.5~25μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,回归方程Y=249512738X+2442,r=0.9999,饲料中苯甲酸雌二醇的最低检测量为50μg/kg。高、中、低3个浓度的平均加样回收率分别为97.4%、96.1%、96.8%,RSD在1.33%~3.33%范围内。
A HPLC method of determination of Estradiol Benzoate in feed was established.Estradiol Benzoate was extracted by methanol,purified by SPE,detected by RP-HPLC.The linear range of the method was in 0.5 - 25 μg/mL,with correlation coefficient 0.9999.The concentration limit of detection was 50 μg/kg.The average recovery percent was 97.4 %, 96.1%,96.8 %,and the RSD was 1.33 % - 3.33 %.
