摘要
针对国内护理人员配置现状及研究进展进行综述,为制定科学合理、人性化的配置方式提供理论依据。目前,国内护理人员普遍配置不足,结构配置不合理,对护理人员配置的相关研究比较少。提出科学合理的配置护理人员、提高其素质是护理人员管理的重要内容。各级医院应根据实际护理工作量,合理配置,科学管理,改变目前护理人员缺编现状,确保临床护理安全。
To analyze the current status and research progress of nurse staffing in China, and therefore to provide theoretical reference for the scientific,reasonable and humanity nurse staffing, The present nurse staffing in China showed insufficient in quantity and irrational in the structure of nurse team, The related research on nurse staffing was still not sufficient. Scientific and rational nurse staffing and improving nurses' quality are the important contents of nursing personnel management. The hospital in various levels should arrange and manage nursing staff scientifically and rationally based on workload,and therefore to change the deficiency status of nurses and ensure the safety of clinical nursing.
