中国饮食文化内涵丰富、历史悠久。在对外传播过程中有效传播我国饮食文化具有重要意义。中国式菜名在一定程度上体现了中国饮食文化的特色。探讨了中国式菜名的文化内涵、英译原则和技巧,以期能对我国饮食文化的对外传播有所帮助。
The overseas-oriented communication concerning Chinese food culture is of significance due to the profound cultural connotation and long history. This essay explores the culture connotation, translation skills and principles of Chinese cuisine name which can reflect the uniqueness of Chinese food culture, hoping to make some contribution to the overseas - oriented communication of China.
