摘要
研究一个基于信息推送技术的住宅性能认定系统,主要内容包括信息推送技术的定义、形式和特点,从信息推送对象、内容、时间、形式四个方面分析信息推送技术在住宅性能认定系统中的应用,最后提出了基于信息推送技术的系统体系结构设计。
A system of performance assessment for residential buildings based on information push technology is studied, introduces the definition, format and characteristic of information push technology, and then analyzes how to imply the information push technology to the performance assessment for residential buildings in four aspects, e.g. object, content, time and format of information push, puts forward the design of the system architecture based on information push technology at last.
