摘要
将80目麦饭石与90%脱乙酰度壳聚糖的0.5%醋酸溶液按1∶1.2质量比混合制成壳聚糖-麦饭石颗粒,用于水蜜桃汁澄清处理。研究了不同壳聚糖脱乙酰度、壳聚糖-麦饭石添加量、水蜜桃汁pH、作用温度、时间等对水蜜桃汁澄清效果的影响。确定最佳工艺参数是:澄清剂添加量10g/L,作用时间4min,作用温度为30℃左右;水蜜桃汁的透光率80%以上,澄清效果较好。产生的滤泥用做动物饲料添加剂,对环境无污染。
A solid adsorbent was made from medicinal stone maifanshi and chitosan which could be used to clarification of peach juices, 80mm medicinal stone maifanshi was added in chitosan slurry of 90% the degree of deacetylation to prepare adsorbent which mass ratio was 1,1.2. The optimal operation conditions: the absorbent amount of addition 10g/L,agitation time 4min at 30℃ and the transparence was 80%. The filtrate slurry coulld be used for feed additive without environmental pollution.
