阿奇霉素聚丁氰基丙烯酸酯纳米粒的制备与高效液相色谱法检测 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究制备阿奇霉素聚丁氰基丙烯酸酯纳米粒与高效液相色谱法检测其药剂学指标。方法制备经泊洛沙姆(F68)修饰的聚丁氰基丙烯酸酯纳米粒,使其易于通过前列腺包膜,采用高效液相色谱法检测其包封率等药剂学指标,采用Zetasier粒径仪检测其粒径。结果制备的阿奇霉素聚丁氰基丙烯酸酯纳米粒粒径为(139.1±187.8)nm,包封率为81.2%。结论经泊洛沙姆F68修饰的阿奇霉素聚丁氰基丙烯酸酯纳米粒药物的制备与检测达到药剂学要求。 [Objective] To prepare azithromycin-PBCA-nanopartiele, and to detect its pharmaceutics index with HPLC method. [Methods] PBCA(poly-butyleyanoaerylate) nanoparticles modified with poloxamer F68 was prepared, which were easily permeated to capsula prostatica, pharmaceutics index such as envelopment rate etc was detected with HPLC method, and its size was detected with zetasizer instrument. [Results] The size of azithremyein-PBCA-nanopartieles prepared were (139.1 ±187.8) nm and envelopment rate 81.2%. [Conclusions] azithremyein-PBCA-nanopartiele modified with poloxamer F68 and detection accord with pharmaeeuties standard.
