摘要
文章对徽州诉讼文书中官府下行文书的格式进行了介绍,最后指出:明清时期官府下行指令文书,在案件审理中难以避免。下行文书都有比较固定的格式,除了各自的运用略有差异外,其上下沟通和协调办案的作用是相同的。它展现了上下官府间在办案中行文往来、批复审转的一般实态。
In this paper, the author introduces the format of government documents issued to the lower levels which is a form of Huizhou litigation writ, and points out that it was unavoidable for the Ming and Qing government to issue documents to the lower levels when hearing a case. These documents were usually formulaic and had the same functions of communication between upper and lower levels and coordination when handling a case. They exhibit the real state of corresponding and transferring between government of different levels of the time.
