摘要
为使厂内处理水质达到接管标准,采用水解/塔式生物滤池和混凝沉淀工艺作为腈纶纱染色废水预处理工艺。工程运行表明,原水COD≤1 600 mg/L时,适当增大回流量,水解/塔式生物滤池对COD的去除率可达57%;再经混凝沉淀处理,可去除45%的COD,出水COD<380mg/L,能满足接管要求。另外,出水色度、SS也优于接管标准。因此,采用上述工艺对腈纶纱印染废水进行预处理在技术上是可行的,经济上也是可以接受的(运行费用为1.82元/m3)。
In order to meet the influent requirement of subsequent WWTP, hydrolysis/tower biological filter and coagulation sedimentation process were used to pretreat acrylon yarn dyeing wastewater. The operation indicates that when the raw wastewater COD is equal to or less than 1 600 mg/L, and the quantity of recycle is increases properly, the COD removal rate by hydrolysis/tower biological filter can reach 57%. After the treatment of coagulation sedimentation, the COD removal rate can reach 45% with the effluent COD of less than 380 mg/L, meeting the influent requirement. In addition, the effluent color and SS are superior to the influent requirement. In conclusion, the pretreatment of acrylon yarn dyeing wastewater by the processes above-mentioned is technically and economically feasible. The operation cost is 1.82 Yuan/m^3.
