外周血表皮生长因子受体和LUNXmRNA表达对肺癌微转移诊断的价值 被引量:8

Detection of EGFR mRNA and LUNX mRNA in peripheral venous blood of the patients with NSCLC and its diagnostic value of micrometastasis

摘要 目的:分析非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者和肺良性病变患者外周血表皮生长因子受体(EGFR) mRNA和LUNX mRNA表达情况,探讨其在肺癌微转移诊断中的价值。方法:采用荧光定量PCR方法检测42例肺癌患者和18例肺良性疾病患者外周血EGFR mRNA和LUNX mRNA表达。结果:42例NSCLC患者EGFR mRNA表达的阳性率为45.2%(19/42),LUNX mRNA表达的阳性率为40.5%(17/42),两者联合检测阳性率可提高到64.3%。良性肺部疾病患者均为阴性。结论:EGFR mRNA和LUNX mRNA可作为检测NSCLC患者外周血微转移的分子标志物,联合检测可提高外周血癌细胞的检出率。 Objective:To study the expression of EGFR mRNA and LUNX mRNA in the peripheral blood of patients with non small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and benign pulmonary diseases,and evaluate its clinical value for diagnosis of micrometastasis. Methods:Fluorescent quantitation PCR was used to detect the expressions of EGFR mRNA and LUNX mRNA in the samples of peripheral blood from 42 patients with NSCLC and 18 patients with nonmalignant pulmonary disease. Results:The rate of positive expression of EGFR mRNA and LUNX mRNA in peripheral blood of patients with NSCLC were 45,2%(19/42) and 40.5%(17742) ,respectively,whileas the combined assay produced a sensitivity value of 64.3%. Non of patients with benign pulmonary disease had positive expression of EGFR mRNA and LUNX mRNA. Conclusion:The expressions of EGFR mRNA and LUNX mRNA in peripheral blood can be used as prospective biomarkers for detecting micrometastasis in patients with NSCLC.Combined examination of EGFR mRNA and LUNX mRNA expression in peripheral blood can improve the detection rates of cancer cell in peripheral blood.
