摘要
探讨了基于CAD/CAE/CAM技术进行曲柄连杆机构设计的方法及其实现过程。首先进行实体建模和虚拟装配,得到曲轴连杆机构的分析模型;然后利用所建模型进行运动学和动力学仿真,并用动力学仿真得到的数据对连杆进行有限元分析;最后对连杆本体进行模拟加工。研究结果表明,在曲柄连杆机构设计中引入CAD/CAE/CAM技术可以大大缩短产品开发周期和节约开发费用。
Based on CAD/CAM/CAE technology, the design method and process for crank-connecting rod mechanism are discussed in this paper. First, the crank-connecting rod mechanism is modeled and virtual assembled to establish a model. Then, using the virtual assembling model, the kinematics and dynamics simulation is completed and the analysis results is used to complete finite element analysis of the connecting rod. Finally, NC manufacture simulating of connecting rod is done. The result show that by use of CAD/CAE/CAM technology of the crank-connecting rod mechanism, the development period can be shorten and the cost for the development can be cut down.
