摘要
以苜蓿雄性不育系MS-4为母本,4个具有优良性状的苜蓿材料为父本,进行杂交和连续回交,转育苜蓿雄性不育系。本文对回交早代不育株雌蕊育性进行了分析,结果表明:BC 1 A1-21和BC 1 A1-22雌蕊育性提高且雄性不育性稳定。
In this paper, cross and backcross were studied. Male sterile lines MS-4 and four alfalfa materials with better characters were used respectively as female and male parent. The pistil fertility in early generation of backcross was analyzed. The results showed ： the pistil fertility of BC 1 A 1-21 and BC 1 A 1-22 were improved and have steady male sterility.
