摘要
基于模糊——PID算法设计了主从电机同步传动系统,和传统的PID控制算法进行了比较。上位机采用西门子s7-300PLC,进行程序编写与调试,根据模糊-PID算法在PLC中设计了一个补偿控制器,对从电机进行转速控制,从而实现从电机与主电机的高精度的同步传动控制,实验证明基于此方法搭建的主从电机同步传动系统是一种可靠、精确、实时性高的同步传动系统。
Master-slave motor synchronous control network system is successfully developed based on Fuzzy-PID control strategy, and compare to the PID control strategy. In the system, programming and debugging by using SIMENS s7-300 PLC, designing the compensate controller in the PLC based on Fuzzy-PID strategy. The Master-slave motor synchronous controls are high accuracy realized in the system. The experiment proves that the Master-slave motor synchronous control network is efficiency, trustiness and timely.
