摘要
构建社会主义和谐社会和建设创新型国家,是一个问题的两个方面,是在一个新的高度上对改革、发展、稳定三者的关系的新考量。提出建设创新型国家,着眼点在未来的改革方向,提出构建社会主义和谐社会则着眼于更长远的发展目标,稳定是二者当然的前提。创新来自于差异基础上的和谐,社会主义和谐社会的活力来自于创新,差异社会的和谐状态是社会主义市场经济自我完善的内在要求,也是和谐社会的价值取向。
To construct socialist harmonious society and to build innovative country are, in effect, two sides of the same issue, and a re-examination and re-assessment, at a new height, of the relationship among reform, development and stability. The proposal of building innovative country is aimed at the future orientation of reform ,while to construct socialist harmonious society is aimed at a long-term development objective; stability is, of course, the necessary prerequisite for them. Innovation arises from harmony based on difference ; the vitality of socialist harmonious society comes from innovation; the harmonious situations of different societies are what the socialist market economy internally require in its perfection, and it is also the value orientation of harmonious society.
