摘要
分析了超轻钢汽车材料的可焊性及电阻点焊存在的问题,提出采用"点焊+粘接"这一复合连接技术以提高高强度钢连接接头和车身结构的疲劳强度、扭转刚度和抗冲撞力。介绍了"点焊+粘接"复合连接用结构胶粘剂、工艺参数、接头性能评估及接头性能数值模拟等方面的研究现状,并对该复合连接技术在国内外汽车工业的应用情况和发展前景进行了论述。
The weldability and existing problems for resistance spot welding of ULSAB material were analyzed,the composite jointing technique "spot welding+bonding'was presented for improving the fatigue strength,torsion stiffness and impact-resistance force of advanced high-strength steel AHSS components and body structure.The research work on structural adhesives for composite joining,processing parameters,performance assessment and numerical simulation are introduced,moreover,the current application and development trend of composite joining in domestic and international automobile industry are also discussed.
