摘要
近几年,随着硅微加工技术的迅速发展和制作硅光栅技术的提高,闪耀光栅的制作变得更为容易[1,15].由于闪耀光栅具有零级分光的特性,使得它的应用研究日益成为人们关注的焦点.文章在阐述闪耀光栅原理之后,介绍了目前国内外闪耀光栅在单色仪、精密测量、激光整形、显示技术、光通信等方面的应用情况[5,6,10,15,16,18-20],并就其未来的发展做了展望.
In recent years , with the rapid development of silicon micromachining technology and the enhancement of silicon grating fabrication technology , the fabrication of blazed grating become easier. Because blazed grating has the characteristics of zero grade spectrophotometric, this made the application research of blazed grating increasingly become people' s attention focus. This article elaborated blazed grating principle, introduced the current application situation of blazed grating in many aspects at home and abroad, such as monochromator,precision measurement,laser reshaping,displaying technology,optical communication and so on, then prospected its future development.
