摘要
高职学院学生自主创业,是一种必然的趋势,高职学院必须开创有效的创业教育。阐述了服务管理型创业人才的基本素质,服务管理型创业人才培养模式的内涵和措施。
In Professional - Technology College, it is a kind of inevitable trend that the students do pioneering work, and the education of do- pioneering - work should be found effectively. This paper elaborated basic character and the content and measure of the mode on developing the service- management and do- pioneering- work talent.
